INFERTILITY
So many individuals and couples who face infertility suffer in silence. There can be shame around the fact that what comes so “naturally” for others seems almost impossible for you. You are not alone. According to the National Infertility Association, 1 in 8 couples (or 12% of women) have difficulty getting and staying pregnant.
I personally am 1 in 8, and am able to use my firsthand experience battling infertility along with my clinical knowledge to guide and support others in this process. Whether you are just in the beginning phases of seeking out assisted reproductive technology (e.g., IUI, IVF, etc.), have experienced unsuccessful cycles and are considering egg/sperm donation or embryo adoption, or have been successful and cannot shake the fear and anxiety that so often accompanies infertility, you do not have to go through this alone.
I am also personally invested in working with single mothers by choice and gay and lesbian couples who need the assistance of reproductive technology to build their families.
